a) public buses, school buses, vehicles used for public transport to the piazza and for hire, and taxis
b) vehicles of the armed forces, police forces, fire brigade, in the service of public emergency, and medical, veterinary and sanitation on urgent visits
c) Ambulance, vehicles to transport pharmaceuticals to hospitals and pharmacies and for the withdrawal of blood supplies
d) Vehicles used to transport the post and newspapers
e) Vehicles for the collection and disposal of waste
f) Vehicles for distribution of bread and perishable foods
g) Vehicles used in funeral services
h) vehicles used to transport people with disabilities
i) vehicles used for homecare
j) vehicles used for distributing packaged foods for canteens or the community
k) vehicles of the municipal, provincial, regional and national administration,
l) vehicles of companies working on behalf of the public services in urgent or mandatory cases
m) vehicles operating on natural gas (methane), LPG or bi-fuel (petrol-gas), electric or hybrid
n) vehicles of provincial and municipal staff during the course of daily activities such as environmental inspection and civil defence
o) vehicles carrying at least three people
p) vehicles approved for two seats carrying two people
q) freight transport, off-road machinery, special and specific vehicles
