Dates and Standards - City
There is a winter LEZ(10 December - 31 March each year) as an emergency measure after periods of high air pollution, and is not always in operation. When it is in operation, the emissions standards are:
Petrol and Diesel Euro 1
Two-stroke mopeds and motorcycles Euro 1

All vehicles, including motorcycles.

Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL) or Limitazioni della circolazione, the general name for all access regulation schemes, also used for Low Emission Zones.
