d) vehicles of public assistance, limited to essential services and emergency and doctors;

e) vehicles used for street cleaning;

f) vehicles serving disabled persons bearing the provisions of the Highway Code;

g) vehicles used to transport people who move in healthcare facilities for undergo medical examinations, treatments and tests planned on holding medical certification;

h) vehicles participating in funeral ceremonies;

i) historic vehicles if in possession of a Certificate of Identity / Approval issued following registration in the appropriate historical records.The document should be kept on the vehicle and performed at the request of control authorities;

l) public service vehicles belonging to companies that perform urgent and maintenance on essential services (eg gas, water, electricity, telephone), vehicles equipped for emergency and maintenance equipment electrical, hydraulic, thermal, and technological;

m) vehicles travelling to the annual maintenance inspection, only on the path necessary;

n) vehicles engaged in unusual or unique activities with special authorisation issued by the Municipal Police;

o) vehicles where the owner holds appropriate documentation which demonstrates: - Having bought a compliant vehicle;

- Have booked the conversion to a gas engine. The exemption is valid for a maximum of 90 days;

p) cars with at least three people on board (car pooling);

q) vehicles participating in controlled studies by the city to improve efficiency efficiency and reduce emissions;

r) vehicles were equipped with an approved diesel particulate filter;

s) Euro 0 public transport buses which is already scheduled for replacement under the terms identified by the regional program.
