1. Vehicles of the Armed Forces, police forces, the Fire Department, ARPA, the emergency services, vehicles equipped with marking of the Public Interest, Civil Protection vehicles, special purpose vehicles for SIPA used for the forced removal of vehicles, vehicle breakdown, vehicles for waste collection;
2. vehicles for transporting people registered for public transportation (taxi, rental car with driver and / or bus, bus, school bus, etc.).
3. Vehicles with foreign number plates;
4. vehicles owned, leased or on hire, local authority, the State, of Public sector entities, businesses and institutions of public service, postal service vehicles, vehicles belonging to institutions supervisory authority;
5. vehicles of public institutions for the transport of food destined for school cafeterias and healthcare facilities;
6. vehicles for transporting disabled with the disabled and members on board the special markings;
7. vehicles with people on board undergoing essential treatment that can not be postponed for the treatment of serious illness, or family visits and medical treatment program, provided that is able to supply specific medical certification and certificate of reservation of the health service. For any distance over without the person who has to undergo treatment or tests you have to show the specific therapy or medical certification for the reservation and a declaration in lieu of affidavit (self-declaration) in which the driver also declares the path and time;
8. vehicles used by paramedics and carers in service with certification issued by public or private ownership that certifies that the operator is paying home-based care to people with medical conditions for which home care is essential;
9. Vehicles with doctors and veterinarians on board in urgent home visit, accompanied by pass issued by the respective order;
10. vehicles used by physicians, veterinarians and health workers in round availability timetable blocking traffic bearing the certification issued by the health facility membership stating the time of service availability;
11. vehicles used by companies to:
- Measures such as operational emergency, which are equipped with "first aid";
- Transport of food destined for school cafeterias and healthcare facilities;
- Transport of drugs and products for medical use (gas treatment, etc.).
The vehicles will be fitted for a certificate of registration to CCIAA, which shows the company's business. The intervention must be documented with certified substitute affidavit showing the destination, route and time of the intervention or transport;
12. vehicles, shift workers and professionals in service availability, bearing the original certification of work or on call issued by the company to which they participate, when the certification itself is a start or end of a shift that does not allow the use of public transport, or that the worker's place of work are not served by public transport;
13. vehicles transporting perishable products (fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, flowers, live animals, milk and dairy products);
14. vehicles of categories N2 and N3 (trucks with a maximum mass exceeding 3.5 tonnes) only for the transit from the operational headquarters of the owner of the middle of the road excluded from the prohibitions and vice versa;
15. vehicles to service events regularly authorised;
16. vehicles transporting fuel, liquid or gaseous, for distribution and consumption;
17. vehicles for routine maintenance of wells blacks or sewer;
18. transport vehicles magazines;
19. vehicles transporting equipment and goods for the supply of public and social health care, schools and construction sites;
20. Driving vehicles equipped with identification logo during the course of driving exercises, with at least two persons on board;

22. vehicle components marriage and baptismal processions which are equipped with original certification (invitations or certificates issued by the ministers officiating);
23. vehicles marked "Press" and RAI vehicles which are equipped with the specific marking;
24. machinery, means of work (D. Lgs. 30.4.1992, n. 285, art. 54, paragraph 1, letter n)) and classified as special purpose vehicles (D. Lgs. 30.4.1992, n. 285, art.54, paragraph 2);
25. vehicles used by ministers of religion of any confession to the functions of his ministry;
26. Vehicles must go to mandatory review, equipped with the documentation of DTT Review of the Centres or authorised strictly necessary and limited to the path indicated in the timetable;
27. vehicles of historic interest to collectors, including art. 60 D. 30.4.1992, n. 285, enrolled in one of the following registers: ASI, Historic Lancia, Italian FIAT, Italian ALFA ROMEO, Historic IMF, limited to organised events;
28. vehicles of residents in other Italian regions bearing the written record or receipt of booking hotels, only the path between the hotel and the boundaries of the area affected by the restrictions;
29. vehicles used by judicial officers, agents and police officers on duty and identification card;
30. vehicles used by employees or agents from holding public office to carry out functions postponed inspections, monitoring and reporting, bearing identification card and a letter of appointment for the operation of the service must be carried out in the timetable of the restrictions on movement.
