a) vehicles owned by residents in the town of Pisa and companies with registered office or head of the local unit in the town of Pisa, equipped with appropriate documentation which demonstrates that it has acquired a compliant vehicle, for the period necessary for the replacement to take place, up to a maximum of 120 days;
b) vehicles owned by residents in the town of Pisa and companies with registered office or head of the local unit in the town of Pisa, equipped with appropriate documentation to the effect that the conversion to LPG or natural gas has been ordered, for the period necessary for conversion to take place, up to a maximum of 120 days;
c) vehicles of the Police, the Armed Forces, Fire Services and Civil Protection Authorities on emergency and rescue;
d) vehicles of the voluntary health emergency, the Emergency Medical vehicles in service or nursing;
e) vehicles serving disabled persons that are registered with the authorities (bearing the provisions of the Highway Code);
f) Vehicles transporting patients going to health facilities to undergo medical examinations, treatments and medical tests, hold on medical certification;
g) vintage car or in possession of means of a Certificate of Identity / Approval issued following ASI registers, Lancia, Italian Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Italian, Historic IMF. The document should be kept on board the vehicle, and performed at the request of the supervisory authority;
h) pre-Euro 1 petrol and diesel powered cars that have installed and use a methane or LPG engine;
i) special or exceptional situations of need, specifically and explicitly authorized by the police headquarters.
