1) electric powered vehicles, or hybrid;

2) vehicles with methane or LPG, or bi (petrol-methane, gasoline, LPG);

3) vehicles of the Police Forces, Armed Forces, Fire Brigade, Civil Defence, in service monitoring and emergency 4) vehicles in the Doctor of doctors on duty on-call, emergency vehicles and emergency vehicles for social and healthcare assistance and / or nursing;

5) vehicles for the performance of urban hygiene services;

6) vehicles serving disabled persons bearing the provisions of the Highway Code;

7) vehicles used to transport people who move in healthcare facilities to undergo medical examinations, treatments and tests planned in possession of the relevant medical certificate and a self-certification on plain paper that will contain the details of the vehicle, the signs of ' time, place of departure and destination. The form should be displayed whenever the control authorities upon request;

8) vehicles participating in funeral ceremonies;

9) historic vehicles if in possession of a Certificate of Identity / Approval issued following registration in the appropriate historical records. The document should be kept on the vehicle and exhibited upon request of the control authorities - the day Saturday, Sunday and holidays to travel outside the areas covered by the ban - at events authorized - at ceremonies ;

10) vehicles travelling to the annual maintenance test, provided they possess a self-certification (on plain paper) which will include details of vehicle, time information, place of departure and destination, as well as certificate of reservation of the maintenance or revision issued by the DMV or a workshop. This documentation must be presented upon request to control staff;

11) vehicles of companies engaged emergency measures for public infrastructure of essential services such as gas, water, electricity, telephone;

12) vehicles used for emergency measures for electrical systems, plumbing, heating and technology, whose drivers must possess a self-certification (on plain paper) showing the details of the vehicle, the time, an indication of the place of departure and destination and reason for intervention;

13) vehicles engaged in unusual or unique activities that may be approved for circulation by the Municipal Police Commander or his representative, where there are justified and documented needs. The authorization must indicate the details of the vehicle, the transit time and the route;

14) vehicles participating in controlled studies by the City to improve energy efficiency and reducing emissions, whose drivers are in possession of autorisation from the Municipal Directorate of the competent authority;

15) vehicles which are equipped with systems capable of reducing particulate emissions. For each of the vehicles involved, should be kept on board the vehicle and produced when requested by the competent authority to control, appropriate documentation about the technical characteristics and the reductions provided, along with appropriate certification the successful installation of the device;

16) car whose driver is over 65 years of age;

17) cars with at least three people on board (car pooling);
