- Vehicles with foreign number plates conducted by people living abroad;
- Motor vehicles used by traders for trade shows and / or markets are held throughout the municipality only for the transit from home to the concession stand or vice versa;
- Vehicles with electric power, LPG, or natural gas or bifuel (petrol-methane or gasoline LPG) or regular hybrids approved;
- Agricultural vehicles and machinery;
- Vehicles used to transport people with disabilities and subjected to treatment or examinations necessary able to produce medical certification or on the reservation;
- The vehicles of employees employed by public corporations or companies whose work shift may begin or end at times not covered by urban public transport, limited to the path between home and workplace. The workers concerned should be provided with certification issued by the employer attesting to the articulation of the work shift;
- Vehicles with at least three people on board or for vehicles with only 2 seats with at least two people on board (car pooling)
- The vehicles of customers of hotel businesses from outside the province;
- Vehicles to serve church ministers in the exercise of their functions;
