Madrid has new low emission zones in place

The new LEZs are called ZBEDEP and ZBE.

ZBEDEP stands for Zona de Bajas Emisiones de Especial Protección, which means Special Protection Zone with Low Emissions.
There are two of these zones in Madrid: the ZBEDEP Distrito Centro and the ZBEDEP Plaza Eliptica.
In the one mentioned first only vehicles with an ECO emissions sticker are allowed to enter.
The second one requires a Spanish emission sticker B to be allowed to enter.
There is also a LEZ (ZBE) that will gradually cover the entire municipality.
