Graz itself has no Low Emission Zone after the Austrian LEZ framework, however the Steirmark (Styria) region has a low emission zone for lorries and heavy goods vehicles in place. 
This means that lorries and vans circulating in Graz have to meet minimum Euro 3 standard.
