Corona: Oxford and Birmingham postponed Zero Emission Zone

Oxford and Birmingham and diesel bans that were slated to start this year are delaying their initiation to avoid imposing restrictions or penalties on citizens for entering into a city center.

London temporarily lifted the ULEZ and Congestion Charges on March 23rd to aid critical workers. 

One city not considering a slowdown in moving forward with a diesel ban is Stuttgart, Germany. The city still plans to ban diesels older than a Euro 6 from July onward in the city center.
