Corona: warnings not penalties will be given in Amsterdam car LEZ from 1 Nov 2020 to 28 Feb 2021.

This is for the car LEZ if they enter the low emission zone with a diesel light duty vehicle that doesn't meet the minimum standard (from 1 November 2020 is the minimum standard for cars is Diesel Euro 4)

City traffic is a major polluter of the air. Amsterdam therefore has environmental zones that keep the most polluting passenger cars, trucks, company cars (formerly vans), taxis, buses and mopeds and mopeds out of the city. They want to improve the air quality in the city with the environmental zone.
Nothing will change for mopeds and light mopeds in November, so enforcement for these vehicles will continue as usual.
