    Greater Lyon's low emission zone tightens 1 January 2021

    Greater Lyon's LEZ affects HGVs and vans.

    From the st  January 2021:

    • You will need to have green Crit'Air stickers or 1 or 2 to access, drive around and park in the area with your heavy goods vehicle or light utility vehicle.
    • Access will no longer be possible for your light commercial vehicles and heavy goods vehicles intended for the transport of goods provided with a Crit'Air 3, 4, 5 or "Unclassified" sticker.
    • In the event of non-compliance with the regulations, the same fines will apply.


    What is the perimeter of the low-emission zone of Greater Lyon?

    The low-emission zone of Greater Lyon covers:

    • almost all of the districts of Lyon ,
    • the Villeurbanne , Bron and Vénissieux sectors located inside the Laurent Bonnevay ring road and
    • the whole of the municipality of Caluire-et-Cuire.

    If you do not comply with the regulations, the fine is:

    • 68 euros for light commercial vehicles and
    • 135 euros for heavy goods vehicles.
