Guidance on a 15-minute city, that brings benefits to all

C40, an organisation for sustainable cities has launched a guidance on the 15 minute city. This uses Spatial Interventions, and can also be supported with Access Regulations (UVARs) to bring benefits for all. No-one likes to have to travel an hour across the city for many of their needs.
