Oxford's Zero Emission Zones starts 28 February

The Oxford Zero Emission Zone covers a number of streets in the city centre, and affects all vehicles. Vehicles that are not zero emissions (fully battery or fuel cell) must pay - the fee is dependent on the emissions of the vehicle.
