Minimum Euro standards have to be met to enter Parma all year round.

Federico Pizzarotti, Mayor of Parma says: The new mobility reform has as its objective the quality of life of the people of Parma. We must imagine Parma as a vast Green Area characterized by gentle mobility and a better livability of its streets and center. It is an innovative project born thanks also to the numerous requests of the people living in Parma, and over time it will see the light making Parma one of the avant-garde cities in Italy from the point of view of environmental sustainability and mobility.

The Green Area is a low emission zone, bounded by the ring road of Parma. In this area, starting from 1 May 2022 - from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, from 8.30 to 18.30.
