The French LEZs are called ZFE-m (= Zone à faibles émissions  - mobilité).

The Climate and Resilience Act requires urban areas with more than 150,000 inhabitants to create ZFE-m by 1 January 2025, in order to reduce nitrogen dioxide (NO2) emissions by prohibiting access to polluting vehicles.

More and more French cities will implement ZFE-m in the future.
Foreign vehicles also have to comply with the scheme and need a Crit'Air sticker to be allowed to enter the zones.
