As of February 2026, the City of Milan has approved measures to postpone the stricter access restrictions for motorcycles and mopeds in Area B and Area C until October 1, 2027.

This means the regulations for entering these areas are less tight than originally planned for 2026.

The ban on two-stroke Euro 2 and 3, diesel Euro 2 and 3, and four-stroke petrol Euro 0, 1, and 2 motorcycles and mopeds has been delayed until October 1, 2027.
