From 1 January 2025, a number of new french Low Emission Zones (LEZ) will start low emission zones.
The fight against air pollution is intensifying in France.
The French LEZs are called ZFE-m (= Zone à faibles émissions - mobilité).
This decision marks an important step in the country's ecological transition.
Violators now face a fine of up to €135, a measure designed to encourage the use of cleaner modes of transport.
