15 French cities have agreed to have implemented a ZFE (zone à faible emissions = low emission zone) by the end of 2020.
Some, like Grenoble are already in operation, some have concrete start dates, others like Reims are investigating what scheme they will implement.
Some cities, such as Paris have 'full' low emission zones affecting all vehicles. Others, like Strasbourg have schemes focused at delivery vehicles.
