The 8th Stuttgart Feinstaubalarm, Smog Alarm, of winter 2017-2018 is from the morning of Monday 19th February 2018.
The end of the alarm is Saturday 3rd March.
There is also a legal ban on 'comfort fires' (fires that are not the primary source of heat) from 18:00 Sunday 18th February .
