There will be no Stuttgart Feinstaubalarm, Smog Alarms during the Christmas and New Year period. The next Smog alarm - if needed - will be 8th January 2018

From 1st December 2017 to 31 December 2018 Barcelona has an emergency scheme in place. 

Brussels starts its low emission zone on the 1st January 2018.

Barcelona's  emergency low emission zone is possible when there is high pollution from Friday 1st December 2017.
