Glasgow will implement a low emission zone from 31st December 2018.

Arnhem extends its Low Emission Zone to diesel cars on 1st January 2019.

The low emission zones in Göteborg, Helsingborg, Lund, Malmö, Mölndal, Stockholm, Umea and Upsalla, affecting only lorries and buses, are tightened again.

In February 2019 Milan will get a Low Emission Zone called AREA B that will cover the entire city.
