Piemonte LEZs are in operation all year
Vehicles under 3,5 tonnes, including motorcycles.
LEZ covers the whole municipality, with the exception of the following roads:
a) the stretches of motorways or bypasses,
b) the road Ex SS 24 Torino-Pianezza, Turin-Druento SP 8, SP-176 Collegno Venaria, via Collegno-Venaria (ex Via Don Sapino), Corso Regina Margherita (tratto collegnese), via Assietta,
c) The whole village of Savonera,
d) The following connecting roads between the SS 24 and the railway station Collegno and / or parking of exchange at the station "Fermi" Underground, as well as the Viale Certosa:
e) In the Inner City Area: via Venaria (section between SS 24 and via Allegri), via Sebusto (stretch between Via Allegri and Via Del Brucci), via Del Brucci, via San Lorenzo, Via Martiri XXX Aprile (between Via Tampellini and the Railway Station), via Tampellini (between via Martiri XXX Aprile and c.so Pastrengo), C.so Pastrengo (section between via Tampellini and v.le Certosa), V.le Certosa, C.so F.lli Cervi (between V.le Certosa and Via De Amicis), Via De Amicis (between c.so Cervi and via Fermi),
f) In the Outer City Area: via Martiri XXX Aprile (section between the railway station and via Tampellini), via Tampellini (via stretch between via Martiri XXX Aprile and c.so Pastrengo), C.so Pastrengo (section between via Tampellini and v.le Certosa), via Del Brucci, via Sebusto (stretch between Via Del Brucci and Via Allegri), via Venaria (to the intersection with SS 24), V.le Certosa, C.so F.lli Cervi (between v.le Certosa and Via De Amicis), Via De Amicis (between c.so Cervi and via Fermi).

Hours of operation
Passenger vehicles (M1, up to 8 seats and L1, L3 motorcycles) Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 19:00
Goods vehicles under 3.5 tonnes including motorcycle-based vehicles (N1, L2, L4 and L5)
Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 13:00 and from 14:30 - 19:00.
Action under Article. 7, paragraph 13, of Legislative Decree no. 285/92. False declarations are punishable under the Penal Code under Article. 76 D.P.R. 445, 28/12/2000.
There is currently no Italian national scheme, but regional as well as individual city schemes.
Local name for the scheme
Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL) or Limitazioni della circolazione, the general name for all access regulation schemes, also used for Low Emission Zones.
